Paulding County Model Aviation invites you to visit our flying field and come fly with us. We extend an open invitation to all AMA members to come fly at the PCMA field for up to 3 visits, without obligation to join. Membership is required thereafter. We look forward to adding you to our roster!

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION INFORMATION

 

The PCMA Club welcomes all persons who are interested in the sport of radio control model aviation and invites you to become a member of our club. To become a club member, you must complete the steps outlined below. We hope that you will join us at our club meetings where we conduct the business of the club and enjoy occasional technical and entertainment programs about our diverse hobby. Happy landings.

To establish membership:

  1. You must have a current AMA membership, FAA registration number, and TRUST Authentication Code.
  2. Complete, sign and mail the PCMA Membership Application Form along with payment of the appropriate initiation fee and yearly dues to:
    PCMA, c/o Chuck Rasbach – Secretary/Treasurer, 11 Thomas Place Drive, Dallas, GA, 30157

  3. Membership is contingent on approval by a majority of the Board of Directors within 30 days of the applications receipt by the club Secretary.

  4. Upon approval, applicant will receive an orientation from a club designee which may include but is not limited to:

a. Reviewing all aspects of the field operation.

b. Review of AMA and PCMA safety rules.

c. Demonstration of proficiency in flight.

Club meetings are held as required. The date and times are posted on the PCMA website and published in the newsletter.

Remember: You must be a current member of the AMA, be registered with the FAA and have passed the FAA TRUST test to be a member of PCMA with flying privileges.
